Best Joe Burrow Prop Bets To Place in AFC Championship Game

Women want him. Men want to BE him. And I? Well, I want him to throw at least 2 touchdowns this Sunday against the Chiefs.

If you haven’t figured it out by now, I’m talking about Joe Shiesty himself. Joe Burrow has been taking the world by storm, and although he’s probably been cool his entire life, he seems to be just getting cooler by the day.

His 242 passing yards and two touchdowns against the Bills were instrumental in the Bengals’ 27-10 trouncing of the Bills, and now he has his sights set on Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs in the AFC Championship. Burrow is an absolute animal against the Chiefs–in his two career games against Kansas City, Burrow has thrown for 732 an 6 touchdowns, averaging a QBR of 138.8.

So, if you were thinking on placing any bets on this weekend's Bengals/Chiefs AFC Championship, then you may want to look Burrow’s way. I surely will, so here are my best Joe Burrow prop bets for this weekend's AFC Championship.

Joe Burrow OVER 1.5 Touchdowns (-150)

The Chiefs had allowed 2+ passing touchdowns in 12 of their first 14 games. That included a week 13 game against Burrow’s Bengals where he threw 2 TDs–so if this was being played weeks ago, this bet would be an absolute lock.

Unfortunately for Mr. Shiesty, the Chiefs have only allowed 1 passing TD in each of their last four games, including the playoffs. So, Joe Burrow is going to do his best to buck a trend–and I think he can do just that.

The Bengals and Burrow are riding such a hot streak of momentum that I think 2 TDs could come as early as the second half, which would be monumnetous considering the lack of Bengals Super Bowl Wins in their history.

Burrow has reached this mark in three of his last four games, and I expect him to just squeak by it again here in the AFC Championship. I think it’s going to be a point-fest (point party?) in KC this week, which should result in a ton of passing attempts.
