Minnesota Timberwolves Forward Taurean Prince Arrested in Florida
Minnesota Timberwolves Power Forward Taurean Prince was arrested yesterday, August 25th, in Miami-Dade County. The 28-year-old was taken into custody shorty before 6 p.m. on a “fugitive warrant out of state extradite.”
I’ll be honest, I’m not sure what that means–but reports show that Prince was arrested at the Miami county airport due to an outstanding warrant stemming from an incident in Texas.
The Timberwolves have since released this statement: "We are aware of the alleged report regarding Taurean Prince and are in the process of gathering more information."
Wow, what a way with words.
The Timberwolves finished 7th in the Western Conerence in the 2021-22 season, and lost in the first round of the playoffs to the Grizzlies.
