The Boston Celtics took a major step forward towards the NBA Finals, springing ahead of the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals after winning game 5 93-80. This low-scoring affair saw defense galore, as the Celtics managed to keep Jimmy Butler, Miami’s lead scorer, to just 13 points. Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum led the charge offensively for the Celtics, scoring 25 and 22 points respectively in their Game 5 win.

Game 6 is set to tip-off tomorrow, 5/27, at 8:30 PM EST. The game will be in Boston, so it will give the Celtics the premier opportunity to clinch a Finals birth in front of their home fans. If you want to bet on the game, you can go to any of the Michigan online casino apps to do so.

As of right now, DraftKings Sportsbook touts the Celtics as a 9-point favorite in game 6. However, the Golden State Warriors remain the favorites to win the Championship, sitting at -125.

The Celtics have everything it takes to become an NBA Championship winning team–but they’ll have to get through a tough Warriors team (unless they blow their 3-0 lead) in order to do so. Jayson Tatum has earned his right in the “best in the league” conversation, and Al Horford is making a veteran push towards nabbing the first ring of his career. The 35-year-old center has played 15 seasons in the NBA across four different teams–and his time for glory may very well be now.

First things first, though, the Celtics have to take care of business tomorrow, May 27th, at the TD Garden.
