Tiger Woods Will Miss the 2022 US Open

"I will not be competing in the US Open as my body needs more time to get stronger for major championship golf," Said Tiger Woods, 46, on Twitter. "I do hope and plan to be ready to play in Ireland at the JP McManus Pro-Am and at The Open next month. I'm excited to get back out there soon."
The US Open begins next Thursday, June 16th in Brookline, Massachusetts. If you want to bet on the open, be sure to check out any of these Michigan Online Casinos.
Of Woods’ 15 major championship wins, three of them have come at the US Open. Unfortunately for golf fans, he won’t be able to add another win to his collection.
Scottie Scheffler, Jon Rahm, and Justin Thomas are currently the three favorites to win the Open according to DraftKings Sportsbook. You can check out various DraftKings Promos here.
Wood’s absence from the Open comes just a few months after his miraculous comeback at The Masters in April, which was just 13 months after his gruesome car accident. Woods finished 13-over par that weekend, but just teeing off should’ve counted as a victory for the 46-year-old legend.
