After two weeks in a row of awful Thursday Night games, we were granted a high-scoring affair in week seven as the Arizona Cardinals beat the New Orleans Saints by a score of 42-34. Let’s hope we get an equally exciting game this week, as the Baltimore Ravens travel into Tampa Bay to take on the Buccaneers. Both teams are coming off a week seven loss they’d like to forget–the Buccaneers maybe more so than the Ravens, considering they lost to the tanking Carolina Panthers.

However, regardless of how good the game is, we can still bet on it–and bet we will. Last week, I went 2-2 yet AGAIN, bringing my total record to 12-11. Still in the green is fine by me.

I have another four best bets for this Thursday Night’s game, but before we get to that let’s get the business part of things out of the way.  If you need a sportsbook to place your bets, check out these New Jersey Online Casinos. If you're looking for a sportsbook promotion, check out the best offer in the USA: DraftKings Bet $5, Win $200.

Best Bet #1: Tom Brady UNDER 1.5 Passing TDs (+115)

We’re starting off with a banger here–it’ll be tough to hit, but not as tough as it may sound. Brady has only thrown for multiple touchdowns in a game ONCE all season, and that came in Week Four against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Ravens' defense has only allowed 2+ touchdown passes to opposing QBs twice this season, which is the same amount of times they’ve held QBs to goose eggs. I see the struggle bus continuing to roll for Brady here in week eight.

Best Bet #2: Leonard Fournette OVER 85.5 Rushing+Recieving Yards (-115)

It’s been a tough year for Fournette, who only has one rushing touchdown through the first seven weeks of the season. However, he may benefit from this matchup here in week eight, as the Ravens have allowed an average of 86 yards rushing and almost 50 yards receiving to opposing running backs. Fournette has surpassed the 85.5 combined yard mark in two of his last three games.

Best Bet #3: Gus Edwards Anytime TD Scorer (+135)

Gus Edwards made his 2022 debut in week seven and immediately made a splash, scoring two touchdowns and rushing for 66 yards. Edwards was handed the ball 16 times last week, and the Buccaneers have allowed a touchdown to an opposing running back in three of their last four games. I think Edwards will be able to find the endzone with ease here in week eight, either on the receiving or rushing end.

Best Bet #4: Baltimore Ravens FIRST HALF MONEYLINE (-115)

In their last five games, the Buccaneers are 1-4 in the first half. The Ravens, on the other hand, are 4-0-1. I think the Ravens will come out strong on Thursday night, and should even hold onto the victory fairly easily.
