I found PlayLive’s player experience to be excellent, and I could easily navigate the website from signup to withdrawal. Any issues or questions I had were quickly resolved by support.

The website layout and design need a little work, but I have no complaints about the performance.

The desktop website for PlayLive! Casino isn’t perfect.

It feels dated and cluttered, and it was hard to initially adjust to. At the top of the home screen, it will show a combination of your promotions and popular games, which can make it difficult to find exactly what you’re looking for.

Once you scroll down past the header bar, it is just the pictures of the games which I also found annoying. There wasn’t much sorting, it just essentially plastered all of the games on the screen with seemingly no rhyme or reason to the order; however, you can filter by game developer and Sort the games by minimum and maximum bets.

There is a handy search bar, which worked flawlessly and seemed to pick up on keywords that weren’t included directly in the name of each game. The search function automatically narrows as you type rather than being forced to reload the page, which leads to efficient and easy searching for games.

Once I got a feel for the site and spent some time on it, I was able to figure out how to find the games and what I was looking for – it just took some getting used to.

Playing on Mobile

PlayLive!’s free casino app is available in both Apple's App Store and Google Play, and the app was installed in seconds on my high-speed Wi-Fi connection. If installing an app isn't ideal, you can still play on your phone or tablet's browser.

Unfortunately, the app doesn’t rate well in the app stores and receives a 3.6-star rating in the Google Play Store for Androids and a 2.1-star rating in the Apple Store for iOS.
