Enjoy a typical sportsbook experience, but a few things help BetJack stand out. The ClubJack program provides you with points for each bet you place, and you earn customized rewards throughout the month.

As it is tied to the land-based locations, cash deposits and withdrawals are also possible. My hands-on review will cover all of this.

BetJack Sportsbook's app is available for iOS and Android. I have an Android, so I installed it from Google Play. It was fast and fuss-free, so I appreciated that. It froze several times, which made it less appealing than the online sportsbook.

Customer support is fast to respond, but several players have stated similar things about the app crashing or freezing when I completed this review. Hopefully, it will get a revamp soon. Other than these issues, the app has a fantastic layout and design. Sports are arranged to make them easy to click on and access games or matchups available for betting.

The information provided when you install the app makes it clear that the app will share your ID, phone details, financial information, address, and contact information with third parties. Those third parties are not specified. You can ask for your data to be deleted.

If the app's bugs are fixed, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the app over the online sportsbook. For now, I prefer using the online option.

Yes. Ohio legalized sports betting in 2023. BetJack Sportsbook holds an operating license from the Ohio Casino Control Commission and is compliant with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3775.

Customer service does have limited hours. You can reach casino support from 7 a.m. to midnight. You might find the answer to your question in the FAQ section, which is accessed by scrolling to the bottom of your screen and finding the FAQ link, or reach support through:

Should You Bet at BetJack Sportsbook?

BetJack Sportsbook is a great choice for players who are currently living in or visiting Ohio. Adding funds is quick and easy, and you don't even have to do it online if you'd rather go to the casino or racino and deposit cash.

How To Join BetJack Sportsbook

Joining BetJack Sportsbook is a quick process. Follow these steps below to join:

2. Enter your email

3. Read and agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy

4. Acknowledge that you’re 21 or older

Submit that and check your email for the four-digit verification code. Enter that, and then complete the next page of information.

1. Type out your birthdate

2. Enter your street address, city, and ZIP code

3. Choose your state from the dropdown menu

4. Enter the last four digits of your SSN

After submitting that, you're prompted to complete the Bet Responsibly information if desired. You will need to allow geolocation or download the GeoComply app on your computer. As you must be in Ohio to place bets, geolocation tracking is required.

I recommend immediately going into your account settings. Click on the icon at the top right and scroll down to the security settings. Turn on 2FA to require two-factor for security.

BetJack Sportsbook Promotions

BetJack Sportsbook doesn't have visible promotions beyond the signup offers. If you're a ClubJack member, you will receive online sportsbook promos through your reward account.

Enter any bonus codes you're sent via message or email into the "Redeem Bonus Code" box under the "Bonus" area of your account.

Rewards System

ClubJack is a loyalty program where the bets you place in the brick-and-mortar casino and racino and the online sport earn tier credits. You receive 1 tier credit for all $2 straight bets and $1 for all other bet types. ClubJack has four tiers, and each one offers custom incentives and invitations to special events. Plus, each tier adds additional perks to the prior level’s benefits.

You must go to either the casino or racino to register and receive your ClubJack membership card.

Payment Methods Available

Players don't have an abundance of banking options to choose from. The available methods should work for most people, however.

Deposits

Cash deposits are available if you go to a cage at JACK Cleveland Casino or JACK Thistledown Racino. You must bring your ClubJack card and a valid government-issued photo ID.

Here’s where things confused me. In the FAQ, it states that banking methods like Cash App and PayPal Cards are not allowed. I think that it’s the PayPal MasterCard that’s not allowed, even if you have it linked to your bank account, but it doesn’t clarify. Keep in mind, there is a $10 minimum deposit. No maximum deposit amount is listed.

Withdrawals

You’re provided with only a handful of options for withdrawals.

When you request a withdrawal, it must meet the $20 minimum and not exceed the $10,000 maximum. Larger withdrawals are only available by reaching out to casino support. Expect processing times of up to 5 business days.

Withdrawals are not allowed until you have completed a deposit of $10 or more. The method you use for that deposit is the one used for withdrawals.

If you want to switch it, you have to make another deposit of $10 or more with the new payment option and send a screenshot of your bank statement showing the completed deposit.

• Correct Score: Pick the exact score of all or part of a game, match, or event.

• Half Time/Full Time: Bet on the results of a first half or full game

• Match Bets: Pick the winner, Team A, Team B, or a Draw

• Money Line: Bet on either one outcome, the other outcome, or no draw odds being offered.

• Odd/Even: Bet on if the final score or quarter/half/inning score will be odd or even.

• Over/Under (Totals): Bet on the amount a team will be over or under a defined situation, such as how many rebounds or how many touchdowns.

• Period Betting: Bet on a specific period’s outcome.

BetJack Odds

When compared to other online sports betting sites, the odds used at BetJack are almost identical. The upcoming Super Bowl game between the 49ers and Chiefs is both -110 for a spread bet and -110 for a total bet.

The only difference we found was with the money line bet. BetJack has the 49ers at -129 and the Chiefs at +107. Meanwhile, the competitor's odds were -125 for the 49ers and +105 for the Chiefs.
