What Makes LuckyLand Slots Different From Other Social Casinos?

LuckyLand Slots is the sister site to Chumba Casino, but overall the experience is much different on Luckyland.

LuckyLand takes a more barebones approach to social casinos, simply presenting the games and offering far fewer promotions and “fluff” than its competitors. This can be seen as a good thing because they keep it simple, but it isn’t great for those who are interested in a lot of existing user promotions or need many games to keep occupied.

However, they do currently offer Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins tournaments, which run every hour and offer solid prizes. The tournaments start at 100 SC (or 1M Gold Goins) and have a rising prize pool as more people enter and play.

It’s a great site to play games for fun, but for those looking to get play sweepstakes coins for real prizes, you might be better off on another platform.

Playing on Desktop

I had high hopes for LuckyLand, and it’s a solid platform but a very barebones experience compared to other platforms.

You can scroll through all the available games or sort them into subcategories like “My Favorites”, “Jackpot”, “Tournaments” and more.

LuckyLand does not have many different tabs and web pages available—there is no subpage with promotions, an easily accessible FAQ tab, or a quick way to find information about the site or its games. It was difficult to find even the simplest information, send a support request, or find and claim a promotion — of which there are very few offered.

One of the few promotions that you have easy access to is a Daily Login Bonus at the bottom right of the home page. You can get FREE Sweepstakes Coins, which grants you 0.30 SC every 24 hours you log in. The website itself is easy to navigate, but this is in large part due to its lack of content outside of the games.

LuckyLand Slots does have a mobile app available on Android, which you can download as a .apk file from the LuckyLand Slots website. However, you can't download it from the Google Store.

The iOS mobile version does not include an app; however, you can play through your phone or tablet's web browser. You can also add the website to your phone or tablet’s home screen – it is the same experience as through the browser but can make it more accessible.

Both the iOS and Android are a mirror of the desktop site, and overall, it works okay, but I did have have some technical issues playing on my iPhone.

The lobby is played in landscape mode, and it reacted oddly when I loaded the website.

The games didn’t load particularly well, often loading slowly or even occasionally timed out while loading, another annoyance I didn’t have to deal with on the desktop version.

The features are the same but the gameplay and overall experience weren’t nearly as smooth as it was on desktop, or with other sweepstakes casino apps I’ve tried out.

One of the downsides of LuckyLand offering exclusive games only is that it can be difficult to find the RTPs of their games.

The RTPs of the games are not listed on the site, and since they’re exclusive to LuckyLand Slots – you likely won’t be able to find them anywhere on the internet.

 It is mentioned within the individual games that LuckyLand games have a theoretical RTP of 90-96%. The problem is that the difference between an RTP of 90% and 96% is a massive difference.
