What Makes Sweeptastic Different From Other Sweepstakes Casinos?

Sweeptastic stands out from the competition by its:

I awarded Sweeptastic a 9.1 for its Comparison rating because it has the third-largest selection of games at any sweepstakes casino, it offers table games and video poker, and it posts the RTPs of most of its games.

Sweeptastic also has a pretty good welcome bonus, which I’ll cover in greater detail in the “Promotions and Bonuses” section of this review.

Sweeptastic Hands-On Review

Sweeptastic offers a solid user experience. The site’s graphics are pleasant so they’re not competing for my attention with the actual games, and it’s pretty easy to find titles. Games load quickly on both the full desktop site and mobile optimized site.

For all these reasons, I awarded Sweeptastic a 9.2 for its User Experience rating.

Playing on Desktop

To see how long it took games to load, I launched 10 games for this review – just to see how long I could expect to wait.

Half the games I launched loaded in under 7 seconds and the other half took about 12 to 14 seconds to load. Load times really seem to depend on the game’s designer, with Pragmatic Play games launching very quickly and BGaming and GameArt titles taking about twice as long to load.

Sweeptastic’s navigation and site layout are both very intuitive. I could search games by title or sort them by category, feature, studio, and previously-played.

The biggest downfall to Sweeptastic’s site is that it’s not always clear which mode I’m currently playing games in.

Most sweepstakes casinos color code their toggle buttons (i.e., green for Promotional Mode and a secondary color for Standard Mode), yet Sweeptastic doesn’t offer such a feature.

Luckily, I could still toggle between modes after the game had launched.

Playing on Mobile

There’s no Sweeptastic mobile app, but I was able to play games using the browser on my tablet or smartphone.

I found the site’s navigation to work best on a tablet, as the graphics were much larger. I also discovered I needed to use landscape mode if I wanted to see the Lucky Coins/Sweeps Coins toggle on the home screen.

Yet, once the game launched, the toggle was visible in either portrait or landscape modes.

My gameplay experience was just as good on my mobile devices as on my laptop. I also could make purchases, redeem Sweeps Coins, and claim bonuses the same as I would on the full website.

Is Sweeptastic Casino Legit?

Based on my research, yes. Sweeptastic is a legitimate gaming platform that is owned and operated by Heuston Gaming Inc., which also owns the new sweepstakes casino Cazino.

Heuston is incorporated and registered in Delaware, under the registration number 20249193.

It operates in all U.S. states except for Washington, Idaho, Nevada, and Michigan.

Sweeptastic posts the RTPs of all its games on its site, which is a very rare and refreshing move for sweepstakes casinos. This also lends to the credibility of the platform, as you’ll know whether a game is worth your time or coins before playing it.

Customer Support

Aside from the FAQ page and Sweeptastic’s socials, there’s only one way to contact customer service: by emailing [email protected].

I needed to get a hold of Sweeptastic’s customer service team once, and I received a detailed email response about five hours later.

This is a pretty quick response time. At other sweepstakes casinos, I’ve found response times could take up to several business days.

Loyalty Program

Sweeptastic’s loyalty program works very differently from the loyalty and VIP programs at other sweepstakes casinos.

The program features 22 tiers, each offering a different “challenge”. Earn points by completing the tasks at each level.

Banking Methods Breakdown

There aren’t many Sweepstastic purchase and redemption options available.

There are three ways to make purchases at Sweeptastic, including debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfers; I was able to redeem Sweepstakes Coins by either debit card or bank transfer.

Most sweepstakes casinos offer at least one e-wallet for payments or redemptions, and many offer Apple Pay or Google Pay.

At one point, Sweeptastic had offered cryptocurrency payments and redemptions, but those options seem to have quietly disappeared from the site.

I originally awarded Sweeptastic an 8 cashier rating because it doesn’t offer very many options for purchases or redemptions and because non-slot games don’t contribute toward the playthrough requirements on Free Sweeps Coins – but I bumped it up to an 8.9 because redemptions are processed relatively quickly, within three business days.

iGaming developers represented in the library include Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Belatra, Game Art, 1spin4win, and Booming Games.

Slot categories include Megaways and Play the Feature, the latter includes games that offer the option of playing free spin rounds for around 200 LC or 80 SC.

For me, this is a huge benefit. I’ve gotten pretty lucky when opting to use extra Sweeps Coins or Lucky Coins to play these rounds.

You’ll also notice that non-slot games don’t contribute at all toward playthrough requirements, meaning you won’t be able to redeem any Sweepstakes Coins won in gameplay on table games or variety games.

Again, many of these games listed as “don’t contribute toward playthrough requirements” are no longer available in the Sweeptastic lobby (such as American Roulette by BGaming).

Sweeptastic offers more than 900 games in its lobby, so it’s difficult to tell which ones contribute toward playthrough requirements if the “Payout Rates” page is not up to date.

That being said, only one other sweepstakes casino that I know of posts easily accessible RTPs on its site, so the information available at Sweeptastic is still pretty thorough – even if it’s a little out of date.

Out of all of the games listed on this page, I found the number of high RTP games as follows:

Sweeptastic offers over 900 slots, table games, video poker, and variety games.

While most sweepstakes casinos focus on slot games and may offer a few table games or scratch cards occasionally, Sweeptastic’s library includes several table games and video poker.

The site is easy to navigate, which makes it a great option for novice players, and Sweeptastic also posts RTPs for most of its games.

Its biggest downfall is that non-slot games don’t contribute toward those requirements.

That being said, Sweeptastic’s no-deposit bonus isn't bad – 1 FREE Sweeps Coins after completing the player profile – and its first-deposit and second-deposit bonuses are also solid.
